Test Piece Condition
Substrate: Polyimide film
Tape width: 20mm
Bonding condition: One stroke with 2-kg roller
Measuring condition: 23°C±5°C 60%±20%RH
Peel speed: 300mm/min
  • [Left at RT for one hour before measurement]
Results
Peeling strength(N/20mm):0.21
2. Polution test of gold plated  
Test Piece Condition
  • Left at 80°C for one week after lamination of PET 8284 to the gold plating of FPC.
  • Removed PET 8284 and observed appearance of the metal plating with a light microscope.
