5.Impact force resistance  
Test Piece Condition
Circular bonding: Capacitor bonded on the entire periphery of the bottom
Partial bonding: Capacitor bonding at two points on the periphery of the bottom (bonded area = half of the periphery)
  • A capacitor 6.8 g in weight was bonded onto a glass-epoxy circuit board (5 x 5 cm in size).The assembly was aged for seven days at 20°C in an atmosphere of 65% in RH. The assembly was then dropped from a height of one meter.

6.Corrosion  
Results

The product applied on a silver-plated polycarbonate board to form a 0.2-mm (wet) film did not corrode the substrate for 200 hrs at 100°C.

    • Use a local ventilator to ensure sufficient air circulation.

    • In case of eye contact, vapor inhalation or swallowing, seek medical attention immediately.
  4. Storage
    Store the product in a tightly closed container in a predetermined place at room temperatures avoiding direct sunlight.
  5. Prohibition of unintended use
    Never use the product except as an adhesive.
